Try using a program like Photoshop or Illustrator to add color to your letters.

This piece started out in pencil and was then traced with a Micron. I didn’t fill in the letters.

I scanned it into Photoshop and colored the letters.

To make a shadow in a different color, copy and paste the letters and nudge them with the arrow key until they’re slightly offset. Change the color of the second set of letters.
