In Your Corner

I love it when I can play off the location when lettering. This is a four-square court on a playground.

How to:

1
You can chalk letter pretty much anywhere, but it’s extra fun when you can play off the location. For example, I’ve made an arrow pointing at a rose bush that said “stop and smell.” And “bloom where you are planted” around a flower growing in a sidewalk crack. Take a minute to truly notice your surroundings and see whether anything inspires you.

2
I just use Crayola sidewalk chalk and colored chalkboard chalk. It’s cheap and washes off easily.
