Dimensional Monogram Canvas

Tips:

1
We found these framed canvases in a thrift shop and painted over the old picture. However, you can pick up something similar at any craft store.

2
You can use chipboard, wood, or paper mache letters. Most craft stores have a wide selection.

How to:

1
Paint the canvas with acrylic paint, using a foam brush. If you’d like, you can also paint the sides of the chipboard letter.

2
Turn the scrapbook paper face-down. Place the chipboard letter face-down on top of it and trace with a pencil.

3
Cut out the letter from paper.

4
Use a double-sided adhesive (such as a tape runner) to adhere the paper letter to the front of the chipboard letter.

5
Hot glue the chipboard letter to the canvas.

6
Embellish blank areas of the canvas with rhinestones and stickers.
