Pretty Pretty Pleats: Tee Shirt Refashion

I recently discovered four identical brown shirts in my closet!  I decided to change one up by adding some pretty pleats.

Supplies:

• Tee shirt that fits
• Old tee shirt to cut up
• Sewing tools
