Let your hands do the talking with this unique newsprint manicure!
Supplies:
- Light colored nail polish (white or beige works best)
- Clear topcoat
- Newspaper
- Rubbing alcohol (or vodka, if you happen to have that lying around)
How To:
Paint your nails with the light-colored polish. Let dry.
Cut the newspaper into small rectangles, a little larger than your nails. Dip a piece of newspaper in the alcohol for 3 seconds. Press it firmly on a fingernail, then lift straight up. It works better if you do it quickly, rather than letting the newspaper sit on your nail.
Wait a couple of seconds for your nail to dry, then add a clear topcoat. Don’t worry if there’s newsprint on your fingers, it will wash off with soap and water.
