Supplies: Pink CS, patterned papers (the hearts are cut from a pattern), chipboard phrase, ribbon, scallop scissors, hole punch, foam tape
Comments: Foam tape can give accents a little extra oomph.
Tips: Using a small hole punch, make a hole above each scallop for a lacey feel.
