Let Me Count The Ways Pail

Time: 1 hr 30 mins (not including inside strips)

Supplies: patterned paper, LOTS of ribbon, clear quart pail, colored cardstock, scallop scissors, paper embellishments, foam stickers, pen

Comments: A Valentine’s present for my hubby.  And yes, there really are 100 reasons in there :)

Tips: I use a 1/2 inch circle punch on the paper strips near the handles.
