Comments: You know that line of scrapbook paper that you could just stare at all day? If there’s a paper you love, show it off. A plain black frame and simple embellishments will really make it shine.
Tips: Your local scrapbook store probably carries 12×12 frames. This one I actually salvaged from a clock that no longer worked… I just unscrewed the hands and covered the clock face with paper.
